Sofia Morales specializes in complex affirmative and defensive asylum claims, representing vulnerable individuals and families fleeing political violence, domestic abuse, and human rights violations. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, she has argued pivotal cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and immigration courts throughout Southern California.
Her client-first approach combines meticulous evidentiary preparation with deep humanitarian empathy. Sofia also directs our firm’s Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) pro bono initiative, protecting undocumented children and ensuring their safe path to lawful permanent residency.
