Franklin N. Garcia, Esq. is the founding attorney of Franklin N. Garcia Law Firm, having dedicated more than two decades exclusively to U.S. immigration and nationality law. With extensive courtroom trial experience in deportation defense, cancellation of removal, federal hardship waivers, and cross-border consular processing at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juárez, Attorney Garcia has successfully defended thousands of immigrants facing deportation or prolonged separation from their families.
Licensed by the State Bar of California and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Attorney Garcia works closely with the Mexican Consulate and cross-border families in San Diego, Imperial County, and Tijuana. He provides relentless advocacy before USCIS, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Sofia Morales, Esq.
Sofia Morales, Esq. specializes in complex affirmative and defensive asylum claims, representing vulnerable individuals and families fleeing political violence, domestic abuse, and human rights violations. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, she has argued pivotal cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and immigration courts throughout Southern California.
Her client-first approach combines meticulous evidentiary preparation with deep humanitarian empathy. Sofia also directs our firm’s Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) pro bono initiative, protecting undocumented children and ensuring their safe path to lawful permanent residency.
